body contact is made, but yet has a powerful effect on the individual.

Energy work supports whole body and mind health.

 

We are energy.  Every cell in our body is broadcasting energy. Have you ever had someone come up to you and say, “I love your energy” or experience the feel of the “energy in the room” especially in a  highly attended event?

Many people believe that your Aura is a reflection of your own energy as it emits from the body. Energy Healing involves therapeutic is the use of universal energy and internal energy. The objective is to bring the body back into balance so that the body can begin to heal itself.

Energy healing is being seen as a positive treatment by medical professionals because they recognize the importance of healing the whole body instead of just one portion of the body. With advanced sciences and the latest equipment we can witness the reaction and electrical current changes within the body during Energy Therapy. 

 

Participating in any activity that makes you more aware of your body and the energy surrounding your body and how that connects with your mind and emotions can support positive health results.

If you look closely at our DNA, it is almost like tiny antennas that can reach out and transmit as well as receive signals. If you are in tune with these frequencies you can feel the room. You will know when a situation or person is not healthy for you. Listen to your gut. It’s usually right.

 

There are hundreds of energy healing methods; including Pranic Healing, Reiki Healing, Polarity TherapyQigong, and Shiatsu. Regular practice of Tai Chi Meditation and Yoga are very powerful ways of balancing your energy while music and laughter are effective ways of channeling positive energy.
